We are happy to ship to you! We ship via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days). Feel free to place an order on our secure website! All international orders will be charged a flat handling fee of $20.00. International shipments must clear customs in their destination countries. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that their package may incur. Free shipping on orders valued above $75.00 only applies to orders placed within the Continental US. Please contact us for shipping rates on larger orders.

Orders within USA
All orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS first class (2-7 mailing days- depending on location). This does not include order turnaround time. We do not automatically insure packages. If you would like to insure your item, please send us an email with your request and we will email you a link for payment of the insurance fee.

Order Turnaround
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours after receiving your payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check your spam / bulk folder for emails from us. If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed on our website or we will let you know via e-mail. If item is out of stock, please feel free to preorder if you wish. Your complete order (all items) will ship once your item is in stock. You will receiveyour tracking info via email.
Valid address
The customer is responsible for supplying Cross Cap Fashions LLC with a valid address. If an invalid address is given to us, UPS and USPS will not be able to deliver the package the customer and the package will be returned to us as "undeliverable". If the item was delivered to an "old / incorrect address", we are not obligated to reship the package. If the products have already shipped we are not obligated to reship if an incorrect address was supplied to us. If an item was not claimed from the USPS after a delivery notice, the item will be returned to us as 'undeliverable". If we receive an "undeliverable" package, the patron will receive credit for the product only minus the shipping payment. We will not reship undeliverable items unless the customer request this and a shipping payment is received by the customer. Patrons with undeliverable addresses will receive an e-mail or telephone call from us concerning this situation. We are not responsible for stolen items after they have shipped.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours for a request ticket via telephone or email HERE We will do our best to resolve the problem. Your package must be returned to us or post marked within 5 business days after receiving the package. At that time, we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier. We will happily replace items that were damaged during shipping. No cash refunds will be offered for damaged items.
Order Accuracy
Please verify that your order is correct prior to submitting your order with us. We are not able to add or remove items from your order once it is sent to our packaging floor. If you have received an incorrect item or if your package arrives damaged you must notify us within 24 hours from the date your order was received via phone or email HERE for a request ticket. (see above shipping section). Your package must be returned to us or post marked within 5 business days after receiving the product. At that time, we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days for a full refund.
Contact us via email or phone immediately for a return ticket number.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same unused condition.
Return With CrossCapFashion - It's Easy:
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. Many of our orders ship same day or next day. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
